1. Acceptance
By accessing annaalamro.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Notice and the Copyright & Media Notice below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
The Site is operated by or on behalf of Anna Alamro, a professional singer, performer and model ("Anna", "we", "us"). Contact: booking@annaalamro.com.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the Site, stream embedded media and share links to its pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including copying, downloading, scraping, framing, mirroring, or redistributing any content, requires our prior written permission.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not: (a) use automated tools, bots or crawlers to harvest content or data; (b) use any content, image, voice or likeness from the Site to train, fine-tune or prompt artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems; (c) create deepfakes, voice clones, synthetic performances or edited imagery depicting Anna; (d) impersonate Anna or imply endorsement; (e) interfere with the Site's security or operation.
5. Bookings and enquiries
Booking requests submitted through the Site are enquiries only. No engagement is confirmed until a written agreement is signed by Anna or her authorised representative. Fees, riders, travel and cancellation terms are set out in that agreement.
6. Third-party services
The Site embeds content from Spotify and YouTube and links to Instagram, Apple Music and Deezer. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms at any time; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and the courts of [Jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction.
1. What we collect
When you send a booking request we receive the details you type: name, email address, event date, location, event type and your message. The Site itself does not set tracking cookies or run analytics.
2. Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote or contract, and keep a record of correspondence. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in running Anna's professional activity.
3. Embedded media
Spotify and YouTube players load from their servers and may set their own cookies or collect usage data under their policies. YouTube is loaded in privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) mode where supported. Google Fonts are loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address.
4. Sharing
We share enquiry details only with Anna's management, agents and the email provider used to receive messages. We never sell personal data.
5. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 24 months. Booking records are kept for as long as required by accounting and tax law.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email booking@annaalamro.com.

The Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
1. Ownership
Unless stated otherwise, all content is owned by Anna Alamro or licensed to her by the photographers, videographers, producers and labels who created it. Photographers retain copyright in their images; Anna holds the rights to display them here. The Anna Alamro name, butterfly "A" mark and logo are trademarks of Anna Alamro.
2. Music and recordings
Sound recordings, compositions and lyrics are protected separately. Streaming via the embedded players is permitted; downloading, ripping, sampling, remixing, synchronising to video, or public performance outside licensed platforms requires a licence from the relevant rights holders.
3. Photographs and video
No image or video may be downloaded, screenshotted for redistribution, cropped, retouched, colour-graded, captioned, animated or otherwise altered without written consent. Removing watermarks, credits or metadata is prohibited.
4. Press and promoters
Approved press images, logos and biography are available on request from booking@annaalamro.com. Press use is limited to editorial coverage of Anna's work, must carry the photographer credit supplied, and may not be altered or used in advertising.
5. Fan use and social media
Fans may share links to the Site and repost content on social media using the platform's native share or repost tools, with credit to @annaalamro and the photographer. Re-uploading files as your own, creating merchandise, or monetising content is not permitted.
6. AI, scraping and synthetic media
We expressly reserve all rights under applicable text-and-data-mining exceptions. No content on this Site may be used to train, fine-tune, evaluate or prompt AI or machine-learning models, or to generate synthetic images, voices or performances of Anna.
7. Licensing
Commercial licences for music synchronisation, image use, brand partnerships and merchandise are available. Email booking@annaalamro.com with the intended use, territory, media and term.
8. Enforcement and takedowns
We actively monitor for unauthorised use and will issue takedown notices (including under the DMCA and equivalent laws), pursue platform reports and seek damages where appropriate. If you believe content on this Site infringes your rights, send a notice with your contact details, the work concerned, its location on the Site and a statement of good faith to the address above.
1. Right of publicity
Anna Alamro's name, image, likeness, voice, signature, stage persona and biographical details are protected personality and publicity rights. They may not be used for any commercial, advertising, promotional or endorsement purpose without a signed licence.
2. No implied endorsement
Appearance of Anna at a venue, event or in editorial content does not grant that venue, brand or publisher any right to use her image or name in their marketing beyond the specific terms agreed in writing.
3. Live performances
Audio or video recording, live-streaming and professional photography at performances require advance consent. Short personal clips for non-commercial social sharing may be permitted at the venue's and Anna's discretion; recordings may not be sold, broadcast or used in promotion.
4. Modelling and campaign imagery
Images from modelling and campaign work are licensed to the commissioning brand for the usage, territory and term stated in the relevant contract. Any use beyond that scope (extended term, new territory, new media, resale to third parties) requires a new licence and fee.
5. Manipulated and synthetic imagery
Creating or distributing manipulated, composited, sexualised, defamatory or AI-generated depictions of Anna, or cloning her voice, is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under publicity, privacy, harassment and intellectual-property law.
